Chairman of the Board of Directors
Michael A. Cook serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cook Services Company, LLC. He graduated from Ball State University in 2017 and proudly served in the Indiana Army National Guard. He attends St. Mary’s Church in Indianapolis with his family.
Chief Executive Officer & President
Morgan Dellacroix serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Cook Services Company, LLC. She attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Before joining CSC, she served as General Counsel for Boudreaux & Thibodeaux in New Orleans.
Chief Operating Officer
Donald P. Erickson serves as Chief Operating Officer of Cook Services Company, LLC. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of QuickHire™ and attended Boston College. He began his corporate career as a Senior Account Manager at Burlington Coat Factory.

Sophie Keller serves as General Counsel of Cook Services Company, LLC. She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2019 and previously practiced as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis. She lives in Carmel, Indiana with her family and attends Living Word Bibles Church in Carmel.

Monica Steele serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cook Services Company, LLC. Originally from Helena, Montana, she graduated from Montana State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and later earned her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.

Alex Wu serves as Chief Technology Officer of Cook Services Company, LLC, leading the company’s technology strategy, systems development, and technical operations. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
